Terms of Service

Effective: March 17, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Stasher (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the service

Stasher is a personal tracking tool for TV shows, movies, and sports. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs in a way that degrades performance for other users.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Stasher uses Clerk for authentication. Notify us immediately at support@stasher.net if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Shared lists

When you create or join a shared watch list, your display name is visible to other members. By sharing an invite link you are granting access to anyone who receives it. Revoke access by removing members from the Settings page.

5. Third-party content

Show, movie, and sports data displayed in Stasher is sourced from TVMaze, OMDb, and ESPN. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of that data. Stasher is not affiliated with TVMaze, OMDb, ESPN, or any broadcaster or streaming service.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Stasher running but make no guarantees of uptime or data availability. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stasher and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account where possible.
